Responsibilities
- Spearhead the growth and adoption of Envoy software by overachieving quarterly quotas
- Manage the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing software deals in the SMB segment
- Provide clear visibility on revenue performance by managing pipeline and monthly forecasts
- Customize and deliver product demonstrations focused on unique customer needs
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Growth, Finance, Deal Desk, and Customer Success
- Engage in team and sales organization development and mentoring
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of SaaS B2B closing experience
- Demonstrated track record of over-attainment against sales quotas
- Experience selling to C-Level Executives, Procurement, IT/Security, and legal teams
- Experience self-sourcing deals within a target ICP
- Experience working with BDR teams to drive mutual success
- Ability to manage both transactional and larger strategic deals
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Passion for the workplace or commercial real estate industry
