About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating product knowledge
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, and referrals
- Develop sales territories by cultivating local business partnerships and community relationships
- Retain the customer base by ensuring a superior customer experience and following up on service needs
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to better position services
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong sales presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability in prospecting and cold calling
- Experience with customer relationship management and maintaining client rapport
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary
