About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell integrated communication structures and bundled products to small-to-medium business customers.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals.
- Deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services.
- Develop sales territories by cultivating local business partnerships and community relationships.
- Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to better position services in the marketplace.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven prospecting and cold calling skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
