About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sell integrated communication solutions and bundled products to small-to-medium business customers.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals.
  • Deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Develop local business partnerships and cultivate community relationships to expand sales territory.
  • Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure high retention rates and a superior customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to better position services in the marketplace.
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports and participate in out-of-office customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as necessary.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
