About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for franchise and SMB post-acute healthcare operators
  • Qualify owners, operators, and regional leaders
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with discipline
  • Diagnose operational pain across scheduling, recruiting, compliance, retention, and intake
  • Articulate Arya’s value proposition in practical terms
  • Partner with Customer Success and Deployment for strong handoffs
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and represent Arya at industry events

Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS or tech-enabled sales
  • Experience selling to SMBs, franchises, or decentralized operators
  • Ability to engage frontline operators like Schedulers and Directors of Ops
  • Operationally minded with a focus on diagnosing workflows
  • Clear communicator capable of simplifying AI concepts
  • Highly organized with ability to manage dozens of active deals
