About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for franchise and SMB post-acute healthcare operators
- Qualify owners, operators, and regional leaders
- Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with discipline
- Diagnose operational pain across scheduling, recruiting, compliance, retention, and intake
- Articulate Arya’s value proposition in practical terms
- Partner with Customer Success and Deployment for strong handoffs
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and represent Arya at industry events
Requirements
- 3+ years in SaaS or tech-enabled sales
- Experience selling to SMBs, franchises, or decentralized operators
- Ability to engage frontline operators like Schedulers and Directors of Ops
- Operationally minded with a focus on diagnosing workflows
- Clear communicator capable of simplifying AI concepts
- Highly organized with ability to manage dozens of active deals
