Smartphone Technician - Level 2

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on cellular phones, computers, and gaming systems
• Execute component repairs including screen replacements, function keys, housings, and batteries
• Provide excellent customer service and answer repair-related questions
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and store

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 technician
• Proficiency in repairing Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to perform component-level repairs

Preferred Qualifications

• Soldering experience
• Knowledge of Level 3 repairs on smart devices
