Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on cellular phones, computers, and gaming systems
- Execute component repairs including screen replacements, function keys, housings, and batteries
- Provide excellent customer service and answer repair-related questions
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and store
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 technician
- Proficiency in repairing Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to perform component-level repairs
Preferred Qualifications
- Soldering experience
- Eagerness to learn Level 3 repair techniques
