About the role

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and commission Smart Home systems and devices
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of installed systems
  • Integrate smart lighting, switches, automation platforms, security, and HVAC systems
  • Conduct site inspections and technical assessments before installation
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and project standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users
  • Maintain accurate service reports and installation documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Smart Home systems installation or maintenance
  • Mandatory previous working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Telecommunications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Smart Home devices and automation systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Understanding of low-current systems and structured cabling
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and device connectivity
  • Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and system integration
