Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission Smart Home systems and devices
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of installed systems
- Integrate smart lighting, switches, automation platforms, security, and HVAC systems
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments before installation
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and project standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users
- Maintain accurate service reports and installation documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Smart Home systems installation or maintenance
- Mandatory previous working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Telecommunications preferred
- Strong knowledge of Smart Home devices and automation systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Understanding of low-current systems and structured cabling
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and device connectivity
- Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and system integration
