Smart Home Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission smart home systems and devices.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades on installed systems.
• Integrate various technologies including smart lighting, switches, security, surveillance, access control, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments prior to installation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure high-quality functionality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Maintain accurate service reports and installation documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and supervisors during project execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Smart Home systems installation or maintenance.
• Mandatory previous working experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of low-current systems and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and device connectivity.
• Proven hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Experience working on large-scale residential or commercial automation projects.
