Smart Home Service Field Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site testing for smart home systems in new residential complexes to ensure integration with home network systems.
• Support service termination sites by sending official notices and communicating with management offices.
• Manage customer service (CS) and respond to customer feedback regarding smart home services.
• Handle administrative tasks including sales slips and expense processing related to smart home services.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
• Ability to travel out of city and stay overnight for field assignments.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and management offices.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general document preparation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating with various stakeholders in a professional setting.
• Understanding of Smart Home technology or IoT (Internet of Things).
• Proactive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.
