About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Smart Home and Smart Building projects
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors
- Follow up on projects from design stage through execution and completion
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for project implementation
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Smart Home Solutions or Low Current Systems
- Proven B2B project sales experience in Smart Home or Smart Building industry
- Strong knowledge of KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, WiFi Smart Home Systems, Matter Protocol, and BMS
- Established relationships with real estate developers and contractors in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Experience reviewing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Preferred Qualifications
- KNX Certification or strong hands-on KNX implementation experience
- Strong network within the Saudi real estate and construction sectors
- Experience working on large-scale Smart Home and Smart Building projects
