Smart Home Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Smart Home and Smart Building projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors in the Saudi market.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from design and tendering through to execution and completion.
• Prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Smart Home Solutions or Low Current Systems.
• Proven track record in B2B project sales within the Smart Home or Smart Building industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, WiFi Smart Home Systems, and the Matter protocol.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Established professional network within the Saudi Arabian real estate and construction sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• KNX Certification or significant hands-on KNX implementation experience.
• Experience managing large-scale Smart Home and Smart Building projects.
• Self-motivated and target-driven professional capable of working independently.
