Smart Home Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end smart home project execution from planning to delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
• Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of smart home systems
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all project activities
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Project Management in the Smart Home industry
• Mandatory experience in smart home systems or similar technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders and large-scale technical projects
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC experience
• Experience in smart home automation and IoT systems
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English)
