About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end smart home project execution from planning to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
- Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of smart home systems
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all project activities
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Project Management in the Smart Home industry
- Mandatory experience in smart home systems or similar technical solutions
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and large-scale technical projects
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- GCC experience
- Experience in smart home automation and IoT systems
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English)
