Smart Home Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end smart home project execution from planning to delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth implementation
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of smart home systems
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and client expectations
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular performance reports to senior management

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Smart Home, ELV, or technology-related projects
• Mandatory prior experience in smart home systems or similar technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and execution frameworks
• Proven experience handling multiple stakeholders and large-scale technical projects
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in smart home automation, IoT systems, or ELV solutions
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience working within the GCC region
• Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English)
