Smart Home Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote smart home products and solutions
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms including product listings, content, pricing, and promotions
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns via Google Ads and social media
• Improve website traffic, user experience, and online sales performance
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the smart home sector
• Manage social media channels and content strategy to build brand awareness
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
• Support product positioning and online branding initiatives

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce
• Mandatory prior experience in smart home products or related technology solutions
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising tools
• Experience managing social media and paid advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC experience
• Experience with smart home systems, IoT devices, or home automation solutions
• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
• Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English)
