Smart Home Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote smart home products and solutions
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including product listings, content updates, pricing, and promotions
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and retargeting to drive conversions
• Improve website traffic, user experience, and overall online sales performance
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the smart home sector
• Manage social media channels and content strategy to build brand awareness
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce
• Mandatory experience in smart home products or related technology solutions
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising tools, and online sales funnels
• Proven experience managing social media and paid advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the GCC market
• Knowledge of smart home systems, IoT devices, or home automation solutions
• Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
