Smart Factory & Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Smart Factory and Automation initiatives, including robotic solutions, equipment automation, and process digitalization.
• Develop and drive the integration of manufacturing equipment with factory systems, such as MES and automation platforms.
• Design and develop automation and digitalization solutions using RPA (e.g., Power Automate) and common programming languages.
• Participate in AI and data analytics projects by analyzing manufacturing data to support AI model development and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with process, equipment, and IT teams to deliver robust and efficient automation solutions.
• Establish technical standards and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering) or a relevant field.
• Strong interest in Automation, Robotics, AI, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Basic knowledge of programming and data analysis.
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
• Hands-on attitude toward implementing and supporting automation systems.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
