About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure smart contracts for EVM and non-EVM networks, ensuring alignment with product requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business logic into resilient decentralized logic.
- Develop and maintain smart contracts for tokenization, including permissioning, whitelisting, and proxy/upgrade patterns.
- Build comprehensive unit and integration tests and perform internal security reviews to mitigate vulnerabilities like re-entrancy.
- Own the smart contract toolchain, including development environments, linting, and static analysis tools.
- Build and maintain CI/CD workflows to automate build, test, and analysis artifacts for controlled deployments.
- Coordinate with third-party auditors by preparing audit-ready packages and driving remediation efforts.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing smart contracts in Solidity with a security-first mindset.
- Full lifecycle experience: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts.
- Deep understanding of token standards, advanced token models, and proxy/upgrade patterns.
- Proficiency with development tools such as Hardhat and modern testing patterns.
- Strong knowledge of EVM/Ethereum fundamentals and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Web3 integration using libraries like Ethers.js or Web3.js.
- Solid understanding of blockchain cryptography, including public/private key management and signing/verification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building dApps and integrating front-end interfaces with smart contracts.
- Familiarity with institutional digital asset components like wallet management and on-chain/off-chain integration.
- Knowledge of gas optimization and scalability techniques (e.g., OpenGSN).
- Exposure to microservices and back-end stacks such as NodeJS, Java, or C#.
- Experience with non-EVM platforms such as Canton/DAML, Stellar, or Solana.
