Small Purchases & Procurement Assistant

Responsibilities

• Carry out urgent purchases and minor procurement requests for Production and other departments
• Coordinate collection, transportation, and delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain records of expenditures, receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation
• Source local suppliers and service providers for last-minute operational requirements
• Provide logistical support for Production, Hospitality, Catering, and Backstage teams
• Maintain basic inventory of frequently used materials and consumables
• Ensure all purchases comply with approved budgets and procurement procedures

Requirements

• Ability to manage small-scale operational purchases and rapid response needs
• Experience in logistics or procurement support
• Strong organizational skills for tracking expenses and inventory
• Ability to source and coordinate with local suppliers
