About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship from sales handoff through the full lifecycle, managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Provide omnichannel advisory guidance to help clients optimize HCP engagement models, including CLM, email, and digital portals.
  • Lead change management to ensure client-side stakeholders are aligned and progressing through digital transformation phases.
  • Identify demand patterns to develop and brief scalable, packaged service offerings for the SMB segment.
  • Act as an internal sponsor for SMB-relevant solutions, building business cases and securing prioritization across cross-functional teams.
  • Own the overall SMB P&L, including NRR, expansion ARR, and churn rate.
  • Set and enforce delivery and quality standards across the SMB operating model.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager or Customer Success Manager with strong commercial instincts.
  • Deep literacy in the Pharma or Life Sciences industry.
  • Proven omnichannel advisory capability to guide clients on channel mix and engagement models.
  • Strong commercial acuity with experience owning P&L, renewal rates, and expansion targets.
  • Expertise in change management and driving client-side adoption.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizations without direct line authority.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a platform + services business model.
  • Hands-on exposure to pharma content operations or MarTech platforms.
  • Prior experience in defining, launching, or managing packaged service offerings.
