Small Kitchen Appliance Demo Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build brand loyalty and credibility with in-store retail sales associates
• Engage customers during high-traffic times at select demo day events to drive sales
• Travel within assigned market to visit all stores in the territory
• Facilitate informal, formal, and large-scale trainings to retail associates and managers
• Provide merchandising services including POS delivery and compliance verification
• Maintain product displays and product functionality in-store
• Gather and report in-market intelligence regarding the program and marketing environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in Retail, Marketing, or Agency environments
• 1+ years of experience in training and communications
• Must obtain ServSafe certification before starting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and approved out-of-scope assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in communications, marketing, training & development, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in a field sales or retail environment
