Small Interactive Groups Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Guide groups of 8-10 learners through the Small Group Interactive Sessions (SIGS) process
• Ensure session boundaries are maintained and utilize reflection questions to deepen learning
• Conduct performative and summative evaluations of learners
• Attend SIGS facilitator debriefs and collaborate with departmental faculty to meet curriculum outcomes
• Maintain professional relationships with faculty, staff, and students in accordance with the UIW Mission

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in an education or health profession field
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to deliver instruction in person
• Proficiency in learning and incorporating instructional technology into teaching
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in small group facilitation
• Doctoral level or terminal degree
