About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide groups of 8-10 learners through the Small Group Interactive Sessions (SIGS) process
- Ensure session boundaries are maintained and utilize reflection questions to deepen learning
- Conduct performative and summative evaluations of learners
- Attend SIGS facilitator debriefs and collaborate with departmental faculty to meet curriculum outcomes
- Maintain professional relationships with faculty, staff, and students in accordance with the UIW Mission
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in an education or health profession field
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to deliver instruction in person
- Proficiency in learning and incorporating instructional technology into teaching
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in small group facilitation
- Doctoral level or terminal degree
