Small Business Specialist

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics and goals.
• Provide cash management solutions and business deposits to commercial and business banking relationships.
• Proactively engage customers, prospects, and referral sources through outreach and community involvement.
• Partner with Business and Commercial Bankers as a subject matter expert in business deposits and related services.
• Uncover sales or referral opportunities by listening to customer needs and asking insightful questions.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage credit, operational, and regulatory risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales.
• Valid driver's license (position requires frequent driving to offices and customers).
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of business deposit and cash management solutions.
• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process.
• Experience in business development, networking, and building centers of influence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business banking, lending, or merchant services.
• Background in treasury management.
