Responsibilities

• Sell small household appliances and associated services to customers
• Manage the department layout and implement new product ranges following merchandising rules
• Handle customer complaints and manage disputes effectively
• Oversee stock control and inventory management
• Coordinate and animate the department team in agreement with management
• Ensure compliance with the company's commercial policies

Requirements

• Commercial training or relevant professional background
• Proven expertise in sales and negotiation techniques
• Strong product knowledge regarding small household appliances
• Rigorous approach with a sense of initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
