About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain all slot and product-specific slotting criteria, including capacities and volume
- Run warehouse slotting reports to review potential moves by department
- Create and execute top efficiency and critical moves
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize cost-effectiveness
- Slot new items and update product information
- Monitor, record, and maintain documentation of all slotting activities
- Report issues and trends to management
- Provide assistance to warehouse operations as needed, including pick/pack and replenishment
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, slotting, or a related warehouse environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access
- Strong analytical, communication, and mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of PKMS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
