Sleep Physiologist

Responsibilities

• Conduct sleep studies and polysomnography
• Analyse sleep data and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
• Educate patients on sleep hygiene and treatment options
• Maintain and calibrate sleep study equipment

Requirements

• BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent
• Accreditation by the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) or equivalent (EACVI/ARDMS)
• Relevant qualifications and registration as a Sleep Physiologist
• Experience in conducting and interpreting sleep studies

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
