About the role
Responsibilities
- Build robust indoor SLAM systems fusing LiDAR, Camera, IMU, and odometry data
- Develop software pipelines and processes for multi-sensor calibration
- Collaborate with perception and motion planning engineers on indoor navigation and collision avoidance to ensure safe and smooth robot motion
Requirements
- Experience with vision-only or lidar-based SLAM pipelines
- Deep understanding of spatial math, including 3D rotation representations, frame transformations, and camera projections
- Familiarity with multi-sensor time-synchronization methods
- Experience writing production-quality software in Python or C++
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building production-grade SLAM systems in autonomous driving, AR/VR, or robotics industries
- Familiarity with GTSAM
- Experience with motion-capture systems
