Slack Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern the enterprise Slack workspace, including user provisioning, channel management, and app permissions
• Manage the Slack/Salesforce FSC integration workstream in collaboration with the FSC development team
• Configure and manage Slack Connect channels for external advisor and partner communications
• Deploy and manage Slack apps and workflow automations using Workflow Builder
• Enforce compliance and data retention policies in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and IT Security
• Monitor workspace usage and generate insights to enhance communication strategy
• Act as the internal subject matter expert and point of escalation for Slack-related issues
• Maintain documentation for workspace configuration, integration architecture, and governance protocols

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience administering Slack in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience managing Slack apps, bots, and workflow automations
• Deep understanding of Slack Enterprise Grid or Business+ administration features
• Familiarity with SSO/SCIM provisioning and identity management integrations
• Ability to define clear RACI roles across teams in ambiguous ownership scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry or other regulated sectors
• Practical experience with Slack/Salesforce integrations
• Exposure to Slack's API and webhook integrations
• Experience collaborating with corporate IT teams on escalation and handoff procedures
