About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee food service, guest transactions, and facility cleanliness
- Manage event and party setup, teardown, and guest experience
- Lead food preparation and service following health and safety guidelines
- Process transactions, ticketing, and ensure waivers are completed
- Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and equipment maintenance
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to meet Sky Trail health and physical requirements
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Availability to work weekends and non-business hours
