Sky Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department to ensure high-level guest service.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction by delivering timely responses to enquiries.
• Supervise the F&B team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
• Assist in achieving departmental objectives, including profitability, cost control, and service standards.
• Maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to find creative solutions.
• Proficiency in working with various IT systems and platforms.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
