SKT Online Service Operations and Settlement Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support marketing content operations for T World, including PUSH notifications, target banners, and personalized recommendations
• Conduct campaign testing for URL integrity and image exposure across various devices and operating systems
• Perform final inspections of marketing campaigns, including filtering items, product consistency, and response collection settings
• Manage and aggregate statistics for various marketing contents
• Handle cost settlement for PoCs (T World, T Membership, T Universe) and business test lines
• Process expense reports for T World entry fees, authentication fees, and vendor costs
• Manage vendor employee ID issuance and status tracking

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
• Proficiency in cost settlement and expense processing using ERP systems
• Ability to inspect and verify marketing campaigns according to guidelines
• Strong Excel skills for data collection and document management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing or operating marketing campaigns for online channels
• Experience managing performance statistics and operational data for online marketing
• Proven track record in cost settlement and expense processing
• High level of attention to detail in administrative tasks
