Responsibilities

• Drive skincare category growth by providing professional consultations and product recommendations to customers.
• Act as a technical expert to educate professional beauty customers, barbers, spas, and schools.
• Utilize social media platforms to drive business, promote new product launches, and increase brand awareness.
• Maintain high standards of skincare merchandising, including product placement, signage, and display techniques.
• Build and maintain business relationships through effective customer service and proactive outreach.
• Conduct in-store and virtual education sessions to share product knowledge with the team and clients.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ensure shelves remain well-stocked.

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience.
• Ability to pass the Skincare Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation for servicing designated stores and markets, including travel to shows or meetings.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales reporting.
• Proficiency with POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician.
• Working knowledge of retail inventory control systems and visual merchandising.
