Skin Care Trade Marketing/Customer Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager - Modern Trade

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of trade category plans for the assigned Modern Trade channel
• Develop customer and shopper insights to identify business-building opportunities
• Build account-specific trade plans that align with brand objectives and category goals
• Identify trade spend opportunities and allocate funds while analyzing potential risks
• Partner with field sales teams to ensure excellence in in-store activation and efficient JBP execution
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts, including promotion sell-out volumes and market intelligence
• Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, re-launches, and consumer promotions
• Manage in-store POSM design, production, and installation in coordination with BTL agencies
• Lead the execution of category/schematic shopper promotions and conduct ROI evaluations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Proven experience in Customer Management, specifically within focus accounts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Solid financial understanding and knowledge of business management principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive category growth
