About the Company

Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, providing easy access to high-quality, all-season soccer centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art modern sport complexes with many more sites in the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 12
• Use the Skills Institute curriculum to teach technical skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
• Create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment for players
• Foster character development through teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship
• Build meaningful relationships with players and families
• Represent the Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil’ Kickers brands
• Support marketing efforts and assist with special events as needed

Requirements

• Positive attitude and passion for youth development
• Ability to work with children ages 5 to 12
• Commitment to weekly shifts for the duration of a 13-week season
• Weekend availability is required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Some soccer playing experience is helpful
