About the Company

Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, providing easy access to high-quality, all-season soccer centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art modern sport complexes with many more sites in the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 12
• Use the Skills Institute curriculum to teach technical skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting
• Create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment for players
• Foster character development through teamwork and sportsmanship
• Build meaningful relationships with players and families
• Represent the Sofive and Lil’ Kickers brands with enthusiasm
• Support marketing efforts and assist with special events as needed

Requirements

• Passion for youth development and a love of soccer
• Ability to work with children ages 5 to 12 and keep them engaged
• Commitment to weekly shifts for the duration of a 13-week season
• Weekend availability is required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Some soccer playing experience
• Limited coaching experience
