Skills Development Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs and manage classroom environments
• Maintain learner records, classroom registers, and assessment/moderation records (PoE)
• Develop and upgrade facilitation materials and learner handbooks
• Compile and manage outcomes-based assessments for unit standards
• Submit training and assessment reports to the Head of Department
• Assist with SETA verification processes and site visits
• Ensure all training equipment is maintained and returned in good working order

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Registered with SASSETA and PFTC as an Assessor and Moderator
• PSIRA Certification Grade A
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Private Security Industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training and Facilitation
• Minimum 5 years as a registered member with a SETA regulatory body
• Code EB driver's license
• Proficiency in computer literacy and ETDP knowledge
• Knowledge of Unit Standards, vocational programs, and SETA registration requirements
