About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by achieving enrollment targets for various courses
- Provide expert advisory services to prospective students via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Manage and follow up on a database of prospects to ensure clear communication
- Perform prospecting, follow-up, and sales closing through telemarketing activities
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored educational solutions
- Document all interactions and sales processes within CRM and SAP systems
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida)
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing
- Strong effective communication skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
