Skilling Center Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by achieving enrollment targets for various courses
• Provide expert advisory services to prospective students via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Perform prospecting, follow-up, and sales closing through telemarketing activities
• Organize and manage a database of prospects to ensure clear and timely communication
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored educational solutions
• Document all interactions and sales processes within CRM and SAP systems

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida)
• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing
• Strong effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to provide timely technical support and customer service
