Responsibilities

• Perform trade-specific tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repair work
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Operate and maintain trade-specific tools and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project quality and timeline adherence
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to your trade
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

• Proven experience as a skilled tradesman in one or more construction trades
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid trade licenses or certifications may be required based on trade
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license preferred
