Responsibilities

• Perform proactive maintenance on major appliances and home systems on an established schedule
• Execute home repairs including mounting artwork, patching drywall, touch-up paint, and adjusting fixtures
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks such as installing light fixtures, thermostats, faucets, and clearing clogged drains
• Assist with property management tasks like package pickup, mail collection, and hanging holiday lights

Requirements

• Experience in a handyman, property maintenance, or technician role, ideally in residential homes
• Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques with high attention to detail
• Possession of own general tools and a reliable vehicle for travel around the Marin area
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with homeowners
• Clean background check and valid driver's license
