- Property management tasks like picking up packages, handling mail, and hanging holiday lights
Requirements
- Experience in a handyman, property maintenance, or technician role
- Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for homeowner interaction
- Possession of own general tools
- Reliable vehicle for travel around Los Angeles
- Clean background check and valid driver's license
