About the role
Responsibilities

- Handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks including installing light fixtures, thermostats, faucets, and clearing clogged drains
- Assist with property management tasks like package pickup, mail collection, and hanging holiday lights
Requirements
- Experience in a handyman, property maintenance, or technician role
- Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques with high attention to detail
- Possession of own general tools and a reliable vehicle for travel around Los Angeles
- Clean background check and valid driver's license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for homeowner interaction
