Skilled Laborer/Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret layouts, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure, mark, and cut materials accurately
• Construct and install wood framing, partitions, blocking, and finish carpentry components
• Assist with the installation of bathroom partitions, accessories, and hardware
• Perform punch-list work, adjustments, and minor repairs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow project specifications and safety procedures
• Communicate project progress and material needs to supervisors

Requirements

• Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or skilled labor
• Ability to read and follow layouts and measurements
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical construction tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience constructing and installing bathroom partitions
• Experience installing bathroom accessories like grab bars and mirrors
• Experience with commercial construction projects
• Knowledge of basic framing and finish carpentry
