Skilled Laborer

Responsibilities

• Performing general labor tasks on construction sites
• Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assisting in the assembly and installation of structures, including framing, drywall, and finishes
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion
• Following all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
• Taping and sealing joints between drywall sheets using joint compound, tape, and trowels
• Sanding, smoothing, and texturing surfaces to achieve a flawless finish
• Performing touch-ups and patchwork on drywall to correct imperfections

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or related field
• Strong knowledge of building materials and tools
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Excellent physical stamina and strength
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Valid driver’s license preferred
