Skilled Construction Laborer

Responsibilities

• Set and align forms to desired pitch and depth
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete using various hand and power tools
• Monitor environmental effects on concrete curing
• Produce rough concrete surfaces and mold expansion joints
• Clean and repair chipped or uneven surfaces
• Apply hardening, sealing, and waterproofing compounds
• Comply with all safety standards and core values

Requirements

• Minimum one year of general construction experience
• Proficiency with all types of hand tools
• Ability to lift and move up to 120 pounds
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and irregular hours
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with teams and the public
