About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate equipment rentals for children, including processing transactions and fitting equipment
- Support communication between school personnel and parents
- Set up and tear down indoor and outdoor facilities daily
- Assist with student registration, check-in, and check-out procedures
- Manage food service tasks including ordering, preparation, and clean-up
- Maintain outdoor teaching terrain by shoveling snow and setting up signage
- Assist in organizing ski school races and timing logistics
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Fluency in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in a guest-facing service role
- Prior experience working with children or in outdoor recreation
- Knowledge of child supervision practices
