Ski & Snowboard School Support Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Facilitate equipment rentals for children, including processing transactions and fitting equipment
• Support communication between school personnel and parents
• Set up and tear down indoor and outdoor facilities daily
• Assist with student registration, check-in, and check-out procedures
• Manage food service tasks including ordering, preparation, and clean-up
• Maintain outdoor teaching terrain by shoveling snow and setting up signage
• Assist in organizing ski school races and timing logistics

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Fluency in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a guest-facing service role
• Prior experience working with children or in outdoor recreation
• Knowledge of child supervision practices
