Responsibilities

• Perform medical assessments and health checks for individuals with disabilities
• Manage medication and ensure correct administration
• Conduct health talks and develop individual care plans in collaboration with other providers
• Follow up on patient health and nursing needs
• Document care and treatment interventions according to guidelines
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social services
• Provide guidance, support, and training to staff within the LSS area
• Delegate medical tasks according to regulations

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Strong interest in working with people with disabilities
• Self-driven and responsible with a professional demeanor
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
