Responsibilities

• Perform standard duties as a district nurse or registered nurse
• Provide telephone counseling via TeleQ
• Manage patient chats through Platform24
• Conduct clinic visits and patient consultations
• Maintain accurate medical records using the Cosmic journal system

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (leg. sjuksköterska) or District Nurse (distriktssköterska)
• Ability to work independently and securely in your professional role
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Commitment to patient safety and a positive work environment
• Proficiency in using the Cosmic electronic health record system
