Responsibilities

• Perform regular duties as a district nurse or registered nurse
• Conduct daily home visits within home healthcare services
• Coordinate care interventions for your assigned patient group
• Contribute to a positive working climate and high-quality care delivery

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (leg. sjuksköterska) or District Nurse (distriktssköterska)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong professional security and ability to collaborate
• High commitment to patient safety and professional conduct
