About the role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for health plans and medical assessments
- Perform acute interventions

- Provide leadership and guidance to care staff

Requirements
- Licensed nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care
- Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

- Experience in supervision/mentoring
- Education in dementia, geriatrics, and/or district nursing
